About your instructor
Hi, I'm Jess.
I came to pilates from a competitive cheer background — years of stunting, tumbling, and training every single day taught me how much can change when you build real strength from the core out. Pilates was where I rebuilt after the season ended, and it stuck.
Every class is a 40-minute mat flow grounded in classical pilates principles, with the precision and energy of a cheer practice — slowed down enough that beginners can follow, layered enough that regulars can push. We end on the sand with a long stretch and a non-dairy matcha — the part everyone stays for.
Whether you're new to Dubai, new to pilates, or just looking for a Sunday morning that doesn't involve a mall — I'd love to roll out a mat next to you.

Parking: Free public parking is available next to the beach, but it gets busy on weekends — please be mindful and give yourself a little extra time on Sunday mornings.

Where exactly is beach pilates Dubai held?
Classes are held on Jumeirah Beach with a clear view of the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel. The exact meeting point and pin are sent to you after you book. Look for the lavender après pilates A-frame sign on the sand.
How long is each class and when should I arrive?
Each class is 40 minutes on the mat. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time so you have a chance to find parking, walk down to the sand, and get set up. Parking can be busy on weekends — give yourself a little extra time on Sundays.
How much does each class cost?
55 AED per person, per class. Booking is done online through the form linked in the schedule above.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes — please bring your own mat (or a large beach towel works) and a water bottle. We provide a non-dairy matcha after class.
I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?
Absolutely. Every exercise is offered with a beginner option and a harder progression so first-timers and regulars train side by side. Just say hi when you arrive and we'll set you up.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Most people go barefoot or wear socks on the mat. A cap and SPF are a great idea even at sunrise — Dubai sun is sneaky.
What if it rains or is way too hot?
Class runs in almost all weather. In the rare case of a weather cancellation, you'll be notified at least an hour before class and your booking will be moved to the next available session.
What's the cancellation policy?
All bookings are final — no refunds and no make-ups for no-shows. If you can't make it, please give your spot to a friend rather than letting it go to waste. Weather cancellations are the only exception (your booking is moved to the next session automatically).
Can I bring a friend?
Please do — just have them book their own spot through the form so we can save them a place on the sand.

Yes — Beach Pilates Dubai is Dubai's go-to outdoor mat pilates class. We hold sessions twice a week on the open sand of Jumeirah Beach, with a clear view of the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. No studio walls, no mirrors — just morning light and the sound of the Gulf.
Where can I find pilates near me in Dubai?
If you're staying or living in Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, JBR or Dubai Marina, our Jumeirah Beach meeting point is a short drive. Most members come from across the city — and we welcome travellers passing through Dubai too.
Do you host pilates events or pop-ups?
Every class is essentially a wellness event — sunrise on the sand, a 40-minute mat flow, and a goodie from one of our partner brands at the end. We also run special pop-ups, hen-do bookings, corporate wellness sessions, and brand-sponsored takeovers.
